Coffee & Carving: A Block Printing Workshop at Boards N' Beans
I'm teaming up with Boards N' Beans, an eco-friendly coffee and surf shop in North Pacific Beach, for a beginner-friendly block printing workshop. Your ticket includes a free coffee or drink, and you'll carve your own block and print it on paper, cards, or a tie-dye bandana. No experience necessary, all materials provided, and you take home your block and your prints. Spots are limited, so grab your ticket today!
Feel free to come to class with ideas, inspiration, or printed reference images for tracing. Just keep in mind that your design will need to fit within a 4×6 inch block.
What you'll do
Sketch and transfer a design to your block
Ink up and print your design on paper, cards, or a tie-dye bandana
Enjoy a complimentary coffee or drink
Take home your carved block and your prints

This workshop will take place outside on a shaded raised patio so dress comfortably. This class is appropriate for 10+ years or older.
