My Story

I reconnected with my creative side after a climbing accident at Red Rocks National Park, where I fell off a boulder and had to be carried out by friends for over a mile. While recovering on my couch, I picked up a sketchbook for the first time in years and started drawing mountains as a substitute for being in them.

What began as a way to stay connected to the outdoors became something much deeper. Art challenged me to be brave, to sit in discomfort, and to rediscover who I am beyond work or titles. Over time, creating became my way of exploring - both the world and myself. My hope is that my art encourages you to do the same: to stay curious, keep exploring, and get outside once in a while.

My Inspiration

MOS stands for Mountain / Ocean / Sun - the places that fuel my creativity every day. I'm inspired by my time spent snowboarding, climbing, learning to surf, roadtripping in my camper, or simply just existing outside.

For me, nature isn't just scenery - it's a source of connection and reflection. Every print I create is an attempt to capture that feeling of wonder and bring a piece of it home.

My Process

My process is guided by curiosity, courage, and connection - values that shape both my art and my time outdoors.

Each piece begins as a sketch inspired by a memory, place, or feeling. From there, I carve the design into a rubber block, roll it with oil-based ink, and handprint each piece on acid-free heavyweight paper - embracing the imperfections that make every print one of a kind.

Fun fact: I use the same wooden spoon to press my block prints as I do to cook with!
